Q.

#asktheexperts It has been 2.5 months since delivery. When can I start anything for weight loss? Exercises or gym or any diet?

A. not now, Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine n diet.

A. depending on whether your delivery was normal or ceasa you should still wait fir a couple of months for any exercise. if it was normal you can start waking now. but right now your priority is having enough breastmilk for the baby. stress may reduce this. so plan your diet and exercise accordingly.
