#asktheexperts It's been 1.5 months since my normal delivery. What kind of exercises can I do currently for weight loss?

A. Hi Mom, would advise you to start exercise or diet for weight loss once your baby completes 3 months. as its just 1.5 months now, proper healing is much needed for your and baby's good health. continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months. maintain good hygiene. avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

A. Hi mom It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce the weight. Now u can start with the walk daily. Take care
