it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery
so till that Walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
Maintain good hygiene
