When do we need start doing exercises or yoga after delivery??

A. 3 months after normal delivery 6 months after cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
