Q.

hello, I had normal delivery and my baby is 2.5 months old. After how many days I can start exercise or yoga? and are there any specific exercises or yoga positions that I should avoid?

A. now you can start. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
