Hai can we loss weight n belly fat without any exercises... if so plz help me with any solution

A. Dear mum, healthy Weight loss and reduction of belly fat cannot happen without exercise. You need to exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes, have an active lifestyle and eat healthy.
