Hi respected doctors and moms Plz suggest me a solution for belly fat loss ....

A. Dear mum, belly fat loss requires overall weight and fat loss. Eat mindfully and exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Avoid high calorie foods and junk foods. Have healthy fats and lean proteins sources like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
