after 6 months of delivery , start doing some abdominal exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks swimming etc
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
drink plenty of fluids.
you can prepare warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice and have it daily in morning.
