#asktheexpert after my delivery i reduced body weight and back to pre pregnancy weight but my belly fat didn't loss. can u please help me to loss my belly fat

A. Drinking lemon water after C-section is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. Just take some lukewarm water and add some lemon juice and honey to it. Mix together and drink this water in the morning. . you can also have chia seeds daily.

A. Hello mom You should start using maternity well to lose tummy fat fast. Rather than this cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan. You should also start doing a yoga regularly to get results fast. Yoga is very effective in losing tummy fat Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
