A. to lose belly fat to exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi if it has been more than 6 months after delivery,start doing exercises and yoga regularly. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your fluid intake.
