#AskTheExpert when can i start exercising after second c section...i have 4month old baby

A. you can start anytimepostdelivery, after gynaecologist clearance , start walking. yoga, suryanamaskars will also help. this is a slow process so keep patience. exercises help to freshen up. good overall health. improve appetite. breastfeeding wont be affected in negative way. maintain hydration.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to start any exercise after the c-sec with your doctor consult. so better to evaluate yourself once with doctor and if doctor allow then you can do it.. take care
