#AskTheExpert what's is the best food for breastfeeding mother..?? I mean the old ladies keep feeding ghee rich foods.. is it ok to eat a lot of ghee ?

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother excess of everything is bad but yes give from your kitchen is good and in certain food where it is important it is very healthy along with that give also initiate in normal delivery specially if you take it in 9th month and you must eat everything that is being prepared in your kitchen as well as the hygiene except for a few things that are hot By Nature papaya and pineapple should be strictly avoided
