A. Hi Mom, Here are some of the iron rich foods. Egg yolks, red rice, beans, sweet potatoes and potatoes, sea foods, peanut butter, tofu, dried fruits, green leafy vegetables, prune and craneberries etc. Thank you and have a nice day.
