❤️Just be urself... Be calm... Be happy... Be excited... No fear pls.... Kick it out. Now!!
❤️Eat intelligently... Fresh veggies n greens n salads should make nearly half ur meal...
❤️Ur food should be iron and calcium dense...
❤️ *Early morning sunlight is a must for you*
If u aren't able to wake up.... Just take a mat and go sleep in the fresh morning light... U n ur bub need the Vitamin D by bucket loads dear.... So SUN light is important!!
❤️ Eat at regular intervals... Nutritious stuff only!!!
U can have a small cheat snack if u are craving!!... But small only pls... Little tyke is inside u don't forget!!
❤️No Liquor or Smokes pls🙏🏻
❤️Avoid oily foods as much as u can
❤️Eat sprouts everyday atleast a handful.... Every morning.... Eat them raw if possible.... Chew well...
❤️Eat fruits... All seasonal fruits.... Eat them in ur breakfast if u can and if not possible then try to eat them b4 4pm.
*Don't drink water after eating fruits - Ever.*
❤️Drink atleast a minimum of 3 litres water everyday... It's important.
❤️Avoid Juices and eat the fruits... Ur body needs the fibre.
❤️Dont get up suddenly from any position... Either sitting or lying down....coz U might get giddy....
If the milk or tea is boiling up and overflowing from the pot... It's ok... U can clean it up.... Pls don't rush or run.
❤️Keep the flooring at home and in bathroom... *Dry*.... You can't afford to slip or skid... Be careful dear.
❤️If u can afford then pls drink one litre of milk daily... Or atleast 2 big glasses in the day.
❤️Your diet should have paneer... Dry fruits... Methi... Fresh greens and vegetables... Seasonal fresh Fruits... Milk... Sunlight...
❤️Do light exercise and go for evening walks for a minimum of half an hour.
❤️Eat whatever you crave for... Don't let any craving go unattended...
But if you crave an item which u should not eat then just take a small bite of it.... To satisfy your craving...
Eg: PAPAYA AND PINEAPPLE.... these fruits are not to be eaten by Pregnant women... Coz they cause too much body heat...
But if u crave for it... Then a very tiny slice is allowed. *Not More!!!!*
I used to crave for PANIPURI biggggg time😆🤪🤪🤪.
