#AskTheExpert Post pregnancy stomach is still not flatten. I have loose belly, almost 5 yrs now after my second delivery. please recommend best exercise/ procedure to tighten my belly. thank you

A. normal 10 minutes exercise is very beneficial if done on regular basis for about five to six months which helps reduce your belly fat also daily walking is very beneficial do not reduce your diet intake

A. Hello,as you have lots of delivery and also make sure that you to flatten your belly and for that you should start doing exercises like you should do lower abdomen excersices and for that you can search them on workout apps and along with that avoid doing carbohydrates and eat more proteins .
