Exercise and diet play equal and important role in reducing weight...but should wait for at least six weeks after a normal delivery and about three months after c section and get a green signal from your gynecologist before starting any kind of exercises.. have a healthy diet avoid fried junk spicy gassy food and drink lots of water and include salada soups buttermilk fruits etc in your daily diet
