#asktheexpert my tummy not gone, still very loose. it has been 5 months post delivery.how much time it will take to get back my normal size

Jasmine KaurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you will,have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water . Seasonal fruits and green vegetables are good for you. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises .
