Since You didn’t mention as to how many months or years back you had your deliveries I’m not very sure about it also you didn’t mention the kind of delivery you had so on the minimum side I am taking it if you have completed six months to 1 year of your delivery then you can go for any kind of workout and also you can consult a dietician take a diet that would be a better choice
