You are just like 3 KG on the way your tummy is big so what you can do is you can start doing Surya Namaskar if you can’t do it because that’s one of the best and the most organic days to reduce the overall body weight and to lose on your weight on stomach apart from exercising if you want to go for dieting you can otherwise if you start practising intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours then it is going to be good for you but I just hope you’re not breastfeeding the child if you are then you go for dieting not intermittent fasting
