#AskTheExpert My belly has not gone back to its original shape post delivery. I delivered my daughter 4 months ago. Please advice

A. try gym. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
