#AskTheExpert It's been 4 months since delivery. Still tummy looks like 6 months pregnant. How to get it back to it's original shape?

A. do exercises Only. b Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi please don't get panic it is normal to get it after delivery. please give some time to your body to get back in shape. mam, start any kind of work out for this only after 6 months of delivery. till that ,take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more avoid taking junk food items drink plenty of fluids
