It won’t come all by itself but usually the size will definitely reduce after giving birth because almost 5 kgs of weight will reduce due to the delivery of the baby placenta and like it and after a few weeks the water content will also reduce. That Happens with the proper workout because your body has become so you are so you’ll have to workout have to take a proper diet to reduce down your weight in a proportionate manner nothing happens on its own after delivery for everything you have to put an effort
