it is common problem after delivery.
but as you are nursing mother, instead of dieting here I suggest some tips ,hope it help:
after 6 months of delivery, start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
till that walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicles for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take a low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene.
