#asktheexpert I have gained lots of weight after delivery. What kind of diet or exercise is suggested for a breastfeeding mom that will not hamper the milk quantity n also help in loosing weight in a healthy way?

A. loosing weight in healthy way.. continue with breast feeding as it helps shedding weight.. avoid sweet sugar intake avoid oily spicy food drink plenty of water.. have water before meals.. start brisk walking, yoga or exercise after 4-6months of c section..
