Q.
I m a breastfeeding mom of a 3 month old. my baby was a c sec baby. Post delivery I lost 6-7 kgs in 4-5 days but gained it back and more in one and a half month. pls help. hv not got my period since what it was post delivery period. it's been 3 months now

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Women who breastfeed exclusively, get their periods after they stop breastfeeding. There is nothing to worry about it. But some might get it early. If you are gaining weight, keep breastfeeding. Avoid eating junk, fatty, oily, or processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take proper rest and do not take stress. Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. You can start exercising. Surya Namaskar helps. Take a brisk walk for atleast 30-40 mins in a day. It helps.
