#asktheexpert I have tried everything to increase my breast milk. Lactare, galact, lactonic, natocare, fenugreek , oats , garlic , flax seeds , chia seeds everything. But yet no improvement. Please tell me what else can I do to increase my milk supply. Please help me . I’m very depressed because of this

A. you are a newborn mom,ake more skin to skin touch with ur baby.. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
