Will fenugreek, garlic and oats help to increase milk production?

A. Hi, I don't think so. I found satavar stick or powder very effective to increase milk supply naturally as I personally used this and breastfed my son till 3.5 years around. Please have this for 12-15 days then stop it. You will see good breastmilk supply naturally.
