A. Hello mom Once your baby turned six months old then you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Also cut the calories intake and add more fiber in your regular diet plan to lose weight fast Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
