I had my c-section on 12 jan 2021. I didn’t get periods till now. Is it fine ??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes definitely its ok. try to just use a good contraceptive. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout. thats all

A. the delay in periods is mostly because of lactation. and it takes anywhere near 6 months or more to get them if you are exclusively breastfeeding your child. nothing to worry except taking contraception as not getting a period doesn't mean you may not ovulate. Good luck 😊
