A. yes uou can. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Nope You should be taking rest and care of yourself for first three months after your delivery and your stitches are going to take about 6 to 8 months to heal completely before that you cannot do all these things otherwise your body is going to get affected with that
