#AskTheExpert I had C section on 08.05.2022. When can I start exercising

A. Wait for at least six months after the c section and after that consult a gynecologist and once you get the green signal from her you can start doing exercises start with some light exercises initially like walking yoga breathing exercises etc.. gradually can do intense exercises like jogging swimming aerobics etc whichever you prefer drink lots of water have a healthy diet avoid fried junk spicy gassy food
