A. Post delivery weight is stubborn fat which needs to be worked upon on time otherwise it takes lot of efforts to loose it. First, reduce sugar, fried, packaged and fatty foods in your diet and include protein and fiber rich foods. Do simple exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm lemon or jeera water first thing in the morning on empty stomach. Do not crash diet, but eat healthy.
