A. Hi To lose weight, you need to exercise daily & consume enough protein rich foods like Dal's, pulse, milk, chicken, egg whites, low fat paneer daily Include lot of green vegetables, fruits & nuts stay well hydrated

A. Hi parent Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to Walk more take millets than cereals and pulses Don't.use packaged and processed food, maida items, excess sugar and salt. Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't.use RO water
