A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. start with walk and slowly switch to simple exercises like jogging skipping or running. avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. Hello ma’am See basically if your stitches have healed completely and you are physically fit then I would advise you to go for any kind of workout that you prefer the most and take a diet from a dietician or just make a diet for yourself so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
