#AskTheExpert Hi, how do I lose post pregnancy weight? what exercises can i do thanks!

A. only way to lose weight is to do moderate exercises you can do 3 months after normal delivery and six months after cesarean section you can do brisk walking cycling yoga etc

A. hi mam,to reduce your weight,you can start with some low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc. then you can start Suryanamashkar , pranayam, yoga regularly avoid using vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
