mam ,you need to give some time to your body to get back in shape.
it is too early to start any workout.
so just go for daily walk ,around 10 minutes.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
