You can do this for healthy weight loss
1. Include lot of vegetables, fruits. pulses, egg white, low fat paneer in your meals.
2. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk & fried foods
3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes
4. Sleep well for 7 to 8 hours daily

Take lemon and honey mixture on empty stomach
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food
Avoid bakery products like bread and maida
Take a good care
Stay hydrated
