When there is no balance between intake of food and output that is working out that also leads to stagnant weight
For weight loss you need to portion control and go in calorie deficit diet In order to loose that excess weight
Have small and frequent meals
Include protein with every meals like dal, paneer, milk and curd, egg, chicken , fish, soya, tofu, sprouts and beans
Start your meal with salad and water
Have at least 2-3 litre of water per day
Reduce the intake of sugar and sugary drinks , namkeen and fried food, bakery food
Workout for 45 mins minimum 5 days a week..

U We’ll have to start working out if you’re willing to lose on your weight because the weight does not reduce down on its own only because people think that after delivery when you start feeding your child the way it is going to go down but it really does not work like that you have to do a proper workout
