#AskTheExpert How can I reduce my belly fat? It looks like pregnancy of 7-8 months. No periods flow is there in 10 months. My child is 11 months old. Please suggest something to get in shape again

Lot of women don’t get periods for two or three months sometimes six months to 1 year two years also it’s commonly same so if you do not get your period it’s fine no problem you’ll have them when your body is ready for it but currently if you’re looking for the weight loss journey then you should go ahead with the proper diet and work out which is what is going to be beneficial
