#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, I got c-section done 50 days back, so when can I start My workout and how much should be the pressure of the exercise? can I lift weight? how can I get rid of my stretch marks, I have heavy stretch marks, so kindly suggest some home remedies.

A. no you cannot lift weight and you should avoid weight loss exercises for six months post your C section after 3 months you can start with the walking exercises meanwhile do not produce much on your calories because you might be a breastfeeding mother
