A. hi no no workout till after 6 months of delivery please wait atleast 6 months. till that , take green veggies, fresh fruits, sprouts more increase your fluid intake eat couple of bites less than usual drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning which all help to reduce your weight.
