#AskTheExpert Hello ma'am From when can we start exercising, I have a tummy pouch how to reduce it. I am n third month of postpartum

A. after 4-6months of c section delivery one may start with exercise.. yoga or brisk walking or low intense exercise at the beginning.. then slowly and gradually increase the intensity.. take care of diet.. restrict sugar sweet intake.. avoid oil and spicy food.. drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water..
