#AmaskTheExpert hi I am a mother of 13 month baby girl..I want to reduce my baby pouch .. Please suggest how to do it

A. To reduce belly fat after delivery, include fiber and protein rich foods including lots of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
