#asktheexpert hello doctor when can I star exercising after c section. it is going to be 5 months on 22nd feb.

Hello ma’am u have to wait for 8 months minimum as till the time ur stitches don’t heal Completely and your doctor does not give you a thumbs up you cannot start with it.. Once you get a thumbs up after that u can go for any kind of exercise that you’re looking forward to go forward and also a diet if you are interested in taking that
