Keep doing regular exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Include fiber and protein rich foods and restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink plenty of fluids. Also, drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
