It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging dance gym etc to reduce your weight .
Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat..avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
