Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which wjgill also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Till the time you are Exclusively breastfeeding No dietary alterations are not possible they are not going to be good also I will advise you you go ahead with exercising and dieting once you could quit breastfeeding the child that’s all you can reduce on your excessive weightWrite Your Answer Here
