RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl10 months agoA. Madam as far as I know none of the dry fruits are restricted during the time of lactation or in pregnancy but if you have a doubt about it kindly check with your gynaecologist specially get a list of the things that you need to avoid in any case
