#AskTheExpert After c section my weight is now 57 before pregnancy I was 48 what is the right time to loose my weight and how? my delivery is done on 2nd July means for today one month 24/25days

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
