A. dear mom eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well this will help in better quality of milk and also weight loss exercise should be started after seeking doctors advise

A. Hello dear parent, you must in any case start taking healthy diet from the beginning and avoid junk food as much as you can. this will alone help in reducing belly fat and weight. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida as well. You can start with exercises from 3rd month of c section. but simple exercises.
